Blake Craghead joined Straticom in 2009 as VP of Client Services. Blake comes to Straticom with over 16 years experience as a Director of Account and Client Services divisions, bringing a broad rance of experience working with the nations Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
Blake's background enables him to gain a unique perspective when assisting companies with operational and service venues. He is responsible for conducting STRATiCOM's Customer Serivce/Account Services seminars. He also works directly with organizations, developing and facilitating customized training in Customer Service/Account Services as well as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) optimization.
Blake received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from WestminsterCollege (MO).
Liz Pielow
joined Straticom in 2008 as its VP of Hr Services and Operations.With over 20 years experience as a Corporate Human Resources Director in service, manufacturing and retail organizations, Liz offers a breath of experience when assisting clients meet their human capital challenges.
Liz successfully assists numerous small to medium sized organizations in Minnesota with HR Department set-up, outsourcing, staffing and compensation analysis.
Liz received her Masters in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
Paul Nicholas is STRATiCOM's founder and President, leveraging over 20 years as a marketing professional to benefit his Minnesota clients' business marketing plan, small business plan, strategic business plan and start-up business plan development initiatives.
Paul launched STRATiCOM in January of 2000. Prior to forming the company, he served as Vice President of Marketing for a $60 million international capital equipment manufacturer, and Corporate Marketing Director at a $70 million media duplicator and distributor targeting corporate and special interest markets. He also developed business-to-business telemarketing programs for two distribution companies. Both companies realized significant revenue gains from his efforts.
He received an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN), and a BA from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, MN)
