Paul Nicholas is STRATiCOM's founder and President, leveraging over 20 years as a marketing professional to benefit his Minnesota clients' business marketing plan, small business plan, strategic business plan and start-up business plan development initiatives. 

Paul launched STRATiCOM in January of 2000.  Prior to forming the company, he served as Vice President of Marketing for a $60 million international capital equipment manufacturer, and Corporate Marketing Director at a $70 million media duplicator and distributor targeting corporate and special interest markets. He also developed business-to-business telemarketing programs for two distribution companies.  Both companies realized significant revenue gains from his efforts. 

He received an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN), and a BA from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, MN)
